Terms and conditions
Please read the Terms and Conditions before using this website or purchasing any products. By accessing or purchasing from this website you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions stated below. We ‘Bessy’s Sweet Bakes’ reserve the right to change, update or replace any of the terms and conditions to our website.


Delivery
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address, postcode, phone number and email for yourself in order to deliver your postal order as smoothly and quickly as possible.
All of our parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail, you will receive a confirmation email from us when your order has been completed and passed to the courier. All orders are made fresh and we aim for a 4 working day turnaround from when you place your order to receiving your order. (This time may increase during the holiday seasons i.e. Christmas, Valentine’s Day, mother’s day, father’s day, Easter and the summer season.) There may also be delays in orders due to adverse weather conditions. (We cannot take responsibility for these delays to orders with our products being perishable)
In the unlikely event of a parcel getting lost in the post please email us immediately with your order number at bessys_sb@hotmail.com and we will try to resend the parcel once more on the next available delivery we can. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we believe the user is falsely claiming an order is lost.

 Returns and Cancellations
Once an order has been paid for via this website it cannot be cancelled.
If you are not happy with the product you have received please contact us via bessy_sb@hotmail.com and include the following;
- Your order number
- The problem with the product
- Photos of the issue
If you are unhappy with the product please DO NOT eat it, as we may ask for the product to be returned for further inspection.

Allergens
All of our products shown on our website contain Allergen information and are labelled appropriately. We are proud to maintain a 5* hygiene rating and do our upmost to prevent cross contamination, however as all of our products are produced in a small home kitchen we cannot guarantee this. Most of our products are made in a kitchen that handles all known allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, soya, gluten, nuts and peanuts etc. If you require any more information on allergens in our products please email bessys_sb@hotmail.com.

Pricing and payment
Payment will be collected via our chosen payment provider. We reserve the right to change our payment provider at any given time without notice. We have the right to change the price of any of our products at any given time without notice.


Purchases
All purchases made through our website cannot be cancelled or changed once paid for. Once you have purchased your order you will receive confirmation via email, (please check your spam folder) if you do not receive any confirmation within the first 48hours of placing an order please contact bessys_sb@hotmail.com and we will check we have all of the correct information for you. If ‘you’ ,the customer, have input the wrong address or postcode and the parcel has been posted we cannot and will not take responsibility for the lost parcel. No refunds will be given under these circumstances and if the customer requires another item to be sent they will have to pay the full price for this item.

We may use links to third party websites in our website to give you more information on a product, other businesses or the services we use. We do not accept any responsibility for the content provided by any third party websites and by clicking any link on our website you do so at your own risk and our terms of service will no longer be valid once you have left our site.

If we have reason to believe that any orders have been placed fraudulently, or our website has been abused we will share any relevant information with the police and third party prevention companies.

Like every business we build our reputation on keeping the customer happy, however being a small business that produces handmade products means that human error can sometimes occur. If you are not happy with your product or service please contact us via email: bessys_sb@hotmail.com or via direct message through our Facebook or Instagram and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Below is all of the information you need to know about how we use and look after your user information. We will never share your information with third parties for promotional purposes.

Your information
Information submitted via our website whilst you ‘the customer’ are placing an order, provides us ‘Bessy’s Sweet Bakes’ with information which is used too;
- Process your order and have it delivered to the address which you provide.
- Send confirmation via email that you have placed your order and that your order is now on its way.
- Improve how our business works and change our website and products where appropriate.

All of the information you provide us with i.e. address, phone number and email will be kept for a limited time whilst your order is being processed and shipped. All payment information will not be stored or shared by Bessy’s Sweet Bakes. Once orders have been received by yourself this data will be permanently deleted.
